IAS Syllabus for Paper 2
All questions are going to be objective type in nature.The total marks of the questions in Paper II is 200 marks.The total time for Paper II is 2 hours.

The marks obtained in Paper 2 won't be counted for merit rank within the prelims, however, are going to be considered a professional paper.Candidates need 33% marks to clear the IAS Mains.

Passing Marks in Paper 2

66 marks out of 200 marks in paper 2 which is equivalent to 27 correct questions out of 80 questions.There is a need of 33% marks to pass paper 2.
